House Rules

Nordika must be left in the same condition as it was on arrival – tidy and undamaged.

Nordika is at your disposal from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. We provide self check-in, but on request we are happy to be present in person at the agreed arrival and departure times.

Nordika is an adults-only accommodation for 2 guests, which we may verify at any time without prior notice.

We hand Nordika over freshly cleaned and tidy, so please keep it neat and clean during your stay. For longer stays, we provide weekly bed linen and towel changes as well as cleaning.

Please place muddy or wet shoes on the shoe rack provided for this purpose.

Please do not take indoor furniture or household items out into the garden or onto the terrace.

Please keep in mind that the village is quiet, so avoid making noise after 10:00 PM.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.

We provide unlimited Wi-Fi access, which you can connect to with the following credentials:

We also provide our own Netflix access.

Smoking and the use of open flames are strictly forbidden inside Nordika. IQOS and e-cigarettes are also not allowed indoors. When smoking outside, please use the ashtray, and for the safety of Nordika, never discard cigarette butts.

Fires may only be lit at the designated garden barbecue area. After using it, please take extra care to make sure the fire is fully extinguished.

The hot tub on the terrace may only be used in accordance with the necessary rules, and solely at your own risk. Please take a shower before using the hot tub. Eating, drinking, smoking and jumping in the hot tub are strictly forbidden. The water temperature of the hot tub is maintained by the stove inside it, in which you may light a fire at your own risk and in accordance with its intended use. Approach the stove with caution – leaning against it or touching it is strictly forbidden. Any damage caused to the hot tub must be reported to the host immediately, and its costs must be reimbursed. In case of water contamination through your own fault, the water in the hot tub must be replaced, at a one-time fee of HUF 20,000. Please cover the hot tub overnight and whenever you are not using it.

In rainy weather, please cover the terrace furniture with the protective tarpaulin.

The sauna may only be used at your own risk. Eating and drinking are forbidden in the sauna. It is forbidden to enter the sauna in slippers or any other footwear. Please take a shower before using the sauna. The use of the sauna towel is mandatory. It is forbidden to splash any liquid, chemical or sauna oil around in the sauna, or to pour it onto the sauna stove. Water may only be poured onto the stove from the small bucket in the sauna, using the ladle provided.

Solely for property protection and accident prevention purposes, the outdoor area of the property is monitored by security cameras. By entering the property, you consent to being recorded. The recordings are stored by the electronic system for 1 month and are then automatically deleted.

You can park on the street, in the parking area in front of the property.

We cannot take responsibility for valuables brought into Nordika.

Guests are financially liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the accommodation or from violating the house rules.

You use Nordika and its services at your own risk for the entire duration of your stay.

Please lock the house and the gate when leaving and for the night.
