Payment and cancellation terms
To finalize your booking, 50% of the accommodation fee must be paid within 24 hours, which you can settle by bank transfer or SZÉP card transfer.
The full accommodation fee must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival; only then is the booking valid.
Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before the planned check-in date.
For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, the 50% deposit already paid is non-refundable.
For cancellations within 7 days of arrival, the accommodation fee already paid is non-refundable.
Please note that changing the dates of a booking also counts as a cancellation and is handled according to the current cancellation terms.
Prices include the cleaning fee and the tourist tax.
